Structural Analysis for “Yumeguri Mangekyo” Hot Spring Facility in Urayasu, Chiba

In 2005, Urban Create was commissioned by Yumeguri Mangekyo Co., Ltd. to perform the structural calculations for the “Yumeguri Mangekyo” hot spring facility located in Urayasu, Chiba Prefecture.
In this project, we developed a safe and durable structural design tailored to the unique environmental conditions of a large-scale bathing facility.

During the structural analysis phase, we prioritized building safety and conducted detailed simulations and analyses to ensure high durability against earthquakes and other natural disasters.
Considering the high-humidity and high-temperature conditions characteristic of hot spring facilities, we carefully selected materials and structural systems capable of maintaining long-term performance.

To provide a comfortable and secure user experience, we meticulously calculated the overall load balance of the building, ensuring both stability and safety for all visitors.
As a result, Yumeguri Mangekyo continues to serve as a trusted and reliable facility widely used by the local community.

Through this project, Urban Create demonstrated its ability to deliver high-level structural engineering solutions even for facilities operating in demanding environments.
