Structural Analysis for Omori Machinery’s “Sakura Studio”

Urban Create was entrusted by Omori Machinery Co., Ltd. in 2011 to perform the structural calculations for the “Omori Machinery Sakura Studio.”
In this project, we incorporated seismic control dampers to achieve superior earthquake resistance in the workshop’s structural design.

To maximize the building’s safety, we applied the latest seismic control technologies in the structural analysis.
By optimizing the placement and specifications of the dampers, we effectively reduced seismic vibrations and enhanced the building’s overall durability.
Through detailed simulations and analytical studies, we predicted the building’s behavior under various seismic conditions and established an optimal structural design.

The use of seismic control dampers also contributes to a more comfortable working environment in daily use, ensuring safety and peace of mind for employees while enabling stable, long-term operation.
