Completion of the NANSEI Funabashi Shiomicho Yard Office Reconstruction Project

We are pleased to announce the completion of the Funabashi Shiomicho Yard Office reconstruction project, commissioned by Nansei Co., Ltd. in June 2020.
In this project, Urban Create was responsible for the architectural design and supervision of a new office building aimed at maximizing the client’s operational efficiency.

During the design phase, we proposed a layout that balances functionality and comfort while taking the on-site working environment into careful consideration.
To ensure safety and seismic performance in accordance with the latest building standards, detailed structural calculations were performed.
As a result, we delivered a building that offers both reliability and long-term usability.

Throughout the project supervision phase, we closely monitored the construction process, maintaining strict quality and schedule control.
