Structural
Calculation
We have completed structural designs for over 500 large-scale projects, with a total floor area exceeding 500,000 square meters.
We provide structural calculation services for various types of buildings — including office buildings, condominiums, warehouses, and commercial facilities — tailored to each project’s purpose and requirements.
All calculations are carried out in accordance with Article 20 of the Building Standards Act, Articles 36 and 81 of the Enforcement Order, and other relevant regulations.

Approximately 700,000 buildings lack sufficient seismic performance. Enhancing safety and preserving asset value.
Buildings constructed before the current Building Standards Act (prior to 1981) may require special attention if they fall under certain conditions.
We propose reinforcement plans to ensure seismic performance equivalent to that of buildings meeting current standards.
