Position

Architectural Sales Representative (Experienced in Sales)

Job Description

• Building structure design (for experienced professionals), especially those with experience in apartment and office building projects
• Preparation of structural drawings
• Design and sales activities

Required Qualifications & Skills

• For structural design engineers: First-Class Architect license
• Experience in preparing structural drawings
• Experience in design and sales
• Valid driver’s license
• No age restrictions

Desired Qualities

• Strong communication skills
• Highly motivated to gather information
• Able to think creatively and act from the client’s perspective

Business Activities

• Architectural design (Architectural and Structural Design)
• Seismic assessment and reinforcement design
• Building planning (Effective land utilization and tenant placement)
• Construction work

Work Location

Nihonbashi, Tokyo

Working Hours

9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (7.5 hours of actual work)

Salary

Determined through interview based on ability and experience
Note: A 6-month probation period applies.
